Build next-generation AI the world can trust
We work where AI meets the physical world — models that diagnose and repair their own failures, cognitive wireless networks, autonomous aerial systems, quantum-resistant security. The problems are unsolved, the tools are state of the art, and the work will be yours: you'll own a problem end to end and publish it under your own name.
Who we're looking for
M.S. and Ph.D. applicants with a background in communications, networking, or machine learning — and the patience to make a result reproducible rather than merely impressive.
Scholarship support is available for qualified domestic and international applicants.
Undergraduate students at KNU interested in a research internship are also welcome to apply.
How to apply
Fill in the application form below with your CV, transcripts, and a short statement of the problems you want to work on.
Name one or two of our papers you actually read, and say what you'd do differently.
If invited, apply through the Kangwon National University graduate admissions cycle for your target semester.
